Arbitration and Mediation

Roisin Hanley is a member of the CIArb, and had been nominated onto the Mediation Sub-Comittee of the CIArb. She is also a C.E.D.R Accredited Mediator for Effective Dispute Resolution.

The use of Arbitration and Mediation as a mechanism for the resolution of differences without resorting to the Court system is gaining momentum. The process and the resolution become confidential and results in saving time and cost.
